The new rallycross circuit will offer a level playing field for ARX and ARX2 drivers. New Subaru Motorsports signing and reigning ARX Champion Scott Speed is excited about the two visits to Mid-Ohio this year.

“ARX is great. I think for a first year out, it went incredibly well. I love all the momentum that ARX is carrying into year two and I feel like the timing is right for this sport to really take off in our country. Mid-Ohio is a staple in American racing, everybody that’s in motorsports in America knows Mid-Ohio, so for us to be going there to such an iconic venue is going to be great, and to bring rallycross to the Mid-West,” said Speed. “I’m really looking forward to getting out to a new facility, I think that’s also a little bit of an advantage for us (Subaru) as well because I think we’re going to be really quick on our feet and be able to adapt to different situations. Going to a brand-new track that’s going to be new for everybody is really exciting.”
