The second annual Subaru Winter Experience returned to Dollar Lake in Eagle River, Wisconsin on Tuesday with the first day of nearly a month of classes. This year’s first group of students got the first taste of brand new courses for 2019, complete with new challenges, new vehicles, and proper rally pace notes available for every single track layout.
