Subaru Motorsports USA


#41 Scott Speed

Nationality: USA

Born: 01/24/1983

Hometown: Moorseville, NC

One of motorsports most versatile racers and the current Americas Rallycross Champion after a stunning performance in 2018 where he took two wins and never failed to finish on the podium. The American has managed to forge a hugely successful career in rallycross in recent years following similarly high-profile stints competing in international single-seaters and stock car racing.

A former Formula 1 driver with the Toro Rosso team, Speed has gone onto race in series’ as diverse as NASCAR and Formula E, but it is in rallycross where his focus now is. Joining Subaru Motorsports USA for 2019 will present a new challenge for Speed, having previously competed at the wheel of a Volkswagen Andretti Rallycross Beetle.


#18 Patrik Sandell

Nationality: Sweden

Born: 04/21/1982

Hometown: Are, Sweden

Following in a long line of accomplished rallycross drivers from Sweden, Patrik Sandell is back in ARX with Subaru Motorsports USA having finished 3rd overall in 2018.

A successful rally driver who has enjoyed success around various international disciplines, including the World Rally Championship, Sandell is also a race winner in rallycross and has been a leading contender on the American racing scene for several years.


#55 Chris Atkinson

Team: Subaru Motorsports USA

Nationality: Australia

Born: 11/30/1979

Hometown: Bega, NSW, Australia

Experienced racer Chris Atkinson is competing in Americas Rallycross for Subaru Motorsports USA. The Australian has forged a strong relationship with Subaru over the years after scoring six podiums with the manufacturer during his time in the World Rally Championship.

With Atkinson turning his attention to rallycross for the second year running following a year of learning in 2018, he will be in the thick of the action all season long in 2019.


Andretti Rallycross


#34 Tanner Foust

Nationality: USA

Born: 06/13/1973

Hometown: Newport Beach, California

A stalwart of the rallycross scene, Tanner Foust is a familiar face in rallycross, having competed in the FIA World Rallycross Championship since 2014. He took a strong 2nd place in 2018 and pushed former teammate Speed all the way, also collecting two wins along the way. He was the first American driver to win a World Rallycross event with success in Finland in 2014 and to date is the only non-European driver to claim a World RX victory.

Foust has gone on to establish himself as a leading competitor in the American rallycross scene at the wheel of a Volkswagen Andretti Rallycross Beetle and will continue to do so for 2019.


#02 Cabot Bigham

Hometown: Reno, Nevada

Cabot Bigham has had a passion for cars ever since he can remember. At the age of 13, Bigham began indoor go-karting. Progressing through the indoor course rapidly, skipping 4 levels in one year. Bigham took this momentum to the outdoor circuit and has been driving ever since. At the age of 18, he has been in Professional Go Karting for 5 years and he has begun searching for ways to transition into cars. 2014 was a great transition year from Karts to Cars. Bigham made the transition to rallycross in 2016, winning the GRC Lites Championship with Dreyer and Reinbold Racing.

In 2017 he competed with Bryan Herta Rallysport in the Supercar division, driving the M Sport Ford Fiesta in all but one race weekend. 2019 sees Bigham team up with Tanner Foust in the Volkswagen Andretti Rallycross Beetle where he will be looking for podiums and his first win in the Supercar category following outings in ARX2 in 2018.


Loenbro Motorsports


#00 Steve Arpin

Hometown: Fort Frances, Ontario, Canada

Steve Arpin is back in an ARX Supercar for 2019 after a strong showing in 2018 where he finished 5th despite not competing in the first event. Switching back from the Ford Focus RS RX to a Ford Fiesta RX however taking elements from last year’s car, Arpin believes this package will help him mount a strong challenge for the title.

Steve has competed in some sort of motorsport or action sport since the age of 18, previously in snowmobiles, dirt track racing and rallying. 2014 saw him make the switch to rallycross and he has not looked back since.


#3 Travis PeCoy

Nationality: USA

Born: Unknown

Hometown: Unknown

Travis PeCoy has been around racing since he was very young. Father Bobby PeCoy is an experienced Pro Buggy driver with a strong history of placings in the old C.O.R.E. and the current LOORRS racing divisions. Trav gained interest early on and jumped in eagerly to the Junior Kart division. After some years of on-track education, young PeCoy found his way to the podium and eventually winning races.

He will become the latest driver to strap in for Loenbro Motorsports in 2019. The California native will run the full Americas Rallycross (ARX) season alongside teammate Steve Arpin, marking his first season in a top-level Supercar and fourth year in rallycross overall.
